Print on Demand Products

Our products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is made to order once a purchase is placed.

Because of this:

All sales are final, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Production begins shortly after checkout and orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has started
Slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur due to the printing process

Sizing may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and color before completing their purchase.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or unauthorized transactions.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by third-party print and shipping providers.

Please note:

Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control
Christ Talk Podcast is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color selection.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photo evidence. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
