At Christ Talk Podcast, we appreciate your support of our ministry. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color selection
Normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please provide:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
